Hi, I’m Athena! ✨ I’m a certified Pilates instructor, trained at @alynepilates Paris. Originally from France, with Italian and Romanian roots, I come from the world of performing arts — I used to work as an actress. Over time, I realized that what truly fulfills me is helping others feel stronger, more confident, and connected to their bodies. That’s what led me to Pilates. 🧘♀️ Pilates is a mindful movement method that focuses on core strength, posture, flexibility, and balance. It’s not just a workout — it’s a way to build awareness and harmony between body and mind. Now, instead of being on stage, I love putting others in the spotlight, guiding them toward a healthier, more aligned version of themselves. 💫

Personal Summary:
Kai Warner is a wife, mom of 4 girls and former high school teacher. She fell in love with HIIT in a heated exercise room in California, where she became a certified HIIT instructor. It was the perfect transition to exercising in the warm climate of Uvita, Costa Rica where she has been providing HIIT classes since 2022. Kai combines strength and cardio to each routine to maximize the experience. The music in her class is another highlight that her clients enjoy. Join Kai on the platform for her HIIT class.
